Looking back at my favourite pieces from 2025 and feeling a little emotional in the best way 🥹🎨

This year was a tough one creatively. Lots of second-guessing, feeling lost, and wondering if I was moving in the right direction at all. But seeing all this work together? It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening.

I can see clearer storytelling, braver colour choices, stronger lettering, and a style that feels more like me than ever. Closer to the vision I’ve been slowly working toward, even on the days it felt messy or uncertain.

Small progress is still progress. That’s my biggest takeaway from this year. And I’m heading into 2026 feeling steadier, more confident, and excited to keep building. Thanks for being here and cheering me on along the way 💛

Whether you’ve been here for a long time or found my work sometime this year, I’m so grateful you’ve spent a little time here with me and my art. It really means a lot.

Wishing you a warm, gentle holiday season, however you celebrate or even if you don’t. I hope the coming days bring rest, good moments, and a bit of calm.

This little angel is from one of my newer Christmas card designs, created during this quieter, reflective stretch of the year. It’s available for licensing, but today it mostly feels like a simple holiday hello.

November was a whirlwind and my studio looked like

November was a whirlwind and my studio looked like holiday chaos in the best way. Lots of colour trying, brush experimenting, and one or two pieces that fought me but turned out really sweet.

December’s Studio Sessions is going out later today and it has a nice little mix of studio life, reflections, and a few things I’m excited to share.
